Move deals faster.
Without the disposition grind.
Submit your signed contract. We expose it to a vetted national network of active investors, run the bid, administer the assignment, and route the close through a trusted title partner. You focus on locking up the next one.
What we need per deal.
The submission itself is three short steps. Everything below is what you need in hand before you start — the valuation work happens on our side, after the JV is signed.
How we comp a dealProperty address
Full street address. Used to pull comps and confirm jurisdiction.
Signed purchase contract
Uploaded on the form — required, not optional. Verbal yeses and pending contracts are not accepted. Your purchase price is redacted on the buyer-facing preview.
Your purchasing entity
The buyer name exactly as it appears on the contract. It goes straight onto the JV agreement, so a mismatch stalls the deal.
A working email and phone
No account required. The JV agreement lands in your inbox the moment you submit, and the desk uses the phone to reach you on the deal.
Photos — right after signing
Not needed on the form. Once the JV is signed we send a private upload link for interior and exterior shots. Deals without photos wait in review.
Eligible asset class
Single-family, duplex, triplex, or quad only. No commercial. No land. Scalable residential.
Submission to close.

The joint-venture agreement is generated the moment you submit and opens right in your browser. Nothing is marketed until it is signed by both sides.

Photos & review
We send a private link for interior and exterior photos, then comp the deal and confirm condition before it goes live.

Auction, assignment, close
We list it to qualified buyers in your market and run the bidding in $1k increments. We administer the assignment; closing routes through our title partner.
