Enterprises Elite is a real estate investment and wholesaling operation. We work directly with motivated home sellers, put properties under contract, and move them to our network of buyers. We are growing our acquisitions team because we have more seller opportunities than our current team can handle.
As a Jr. Acquisitions Manager you talk to motivated home sellers on the phone, build rapport, understand each seller’s situation, and work deals toward a signed contract with support from our senior acquisitions team. No real estate experience is required — we train you on the real estate side. What you must already have is real experience selling over the phone: you know how to open a conversation, handle objections, and ask for the close. This is a phone-heavy, full-time role for a hungry salesperson who wants to break into real estate acquisitions.
What you'll do
- Take appointments with motivated and distressed sellers — self-booked and set by our VAs.
- Build rapport, understand the seller’s situation, and identify real opportunities.
- Negotiate with sellers and work deals toward contract with guidance from the senior acquisitions team.
- Follow up relentlessly by phone and text until the deal is locked up or dead.
- Learn our acquisitions process, scripts, and numbers — and apply the coaching fast.
- Keep accurate notes and records in the CRM.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience selling over the phone (inside sales, telesales, appointment-heavy closing roles, etc.).
- Strong phone presence: confident, consultative, and comfortable with objections.
- Coachable — you take feedback and apply it on the next call.
- Comfortable working full-time and being measured on results.
- Reliable high-speed internet, a computer, and a quiet place to make calls.
Nice to have
- Any exposure to real estate, wholesaling, or working with homeowners.
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs and dialers.
- US-based with a US phone presence.
