Dispositions Manager
Move our contracts to real cash buyers — fast, and in one walkthrough.
Enterprises Elite is a real estate investment and wholesaling operation. We work directly with motivated home sellers, put properties under contract, and move them to our network of buyers. We are growing our acquisitions team because we have more seller opportunities than our current team can handle.
As a Dispositions Manager you own the buy side. When our acquisitions team puts a property under contract, you find the buyer and get the assignment signed. You will not be blasting a list — we work a targeted approach: research who is provably buying that asset type in that town right now, reach those buyers individually, qualify them properly, and bring the best one to the walkthrough. You will also build our buyer database as you go, because the buyer you cannot place today is the buyer who takes the next deal.
What you'll do
- Own assigned contracts from the moment they are signed until the assignment is executed.
- Research and qualify cash buyers who are actively purchasing comparable properties in the same market.
- Call, text, and follow up with buyers individually — no mass blasting.
- Work hard money lenders and listing agents to reach active flippers and investors.
- Qualify every buyer on his/her buy box, volume, and strategy, and log it in our system.
- Schedule and coordinate property walkthroughs, and get the assignment of contract signed.
- Keep the deal moving through title to closing.
What we're looking for
- Real dispositions experience — you have personally moved contracts to end buyers.
- Closed deals you can prove with settlement statements (see below — this is required).
- Strong phone presence; comfortable cold-calling investors, lenders, and agents.
- Comfortable working full-time and being measured on assignments signed and buyers added.
- Reliable high-speed internet, a computer, and a quiet place to make calls.
Nice to have
- Experience with PropStream or similar property-data platforms.
- An existing relationship base of cash buyers or hard money lenders.
- Acquisitions or transaction-coordination exposure.
- US-based with a US phone presence.
