Appointment-Setting VA
Call motivated sellers and book appointments for our acquisitions team.
Enterprises Elite is a real estate investment and wholesaling operation. We work directly with motivated home sellers, put properties under contract, and move them to our network of buyers. We are growing our acquisitions team because we have more seller opportunities than our current team can handle.
As an Appointment-Setting VA you are the first voice a motivated seller hears. You call and follow up with seller leads, build quick rapport, ask good questions, and book qualified appointments on the acquisitions team’s calendar. This is a full-time remote role for someone with excellent spoken English who can make calls all day and stay organized.
What you'll do
- Call, text, and follow up with motivated seller leads.
- Build rapport quickly and keep sellers engaged.
- Qualify basic details and book appointments for the acquisitions team.
- Leave clean handoff notes so the acquisitions manager is ready for the call.
- Keep the CRM and follow-up tasks up to date.
- Hit daily call and follow-up targets.
What we're looking for
- Prior appointment-setting, cold-calling, or real estate VA experience.
- Excellent spoken English and a clear, friendly phone presence.
- Able to work full-time during US business hours.
- Reliable high-speed internet, a backup connection / power, a headset, and a quiet workspace.
- Organized, coachable, and comfortable being measured on calls and appointments set.
Nice to have
- Experience calling for US real estate / motivated sellers.
- Experience with GoHighLevel, Mojo, or similar dialers/CRMs.
- A short recorded voice sample you can share.
